Shipping
We generally ship orders within 48 hours of receipt unless otherwise indicated on the website as in a pre-order or warehouse closure for a holiday. Orders received after 12noon on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Shipping is done via USPS or UPS ground. You will be emailed a confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
How much is shipping?
We offer $10 flat rate shipping for all orders under $72 and free shipping for all orders of $72 or more.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, No. International shipping is not currently an option.
Pick-up
At checkout you will have the option to select “Ship” or “Pick up.” If you select “Pick up” you will not be charged for delivery. You may either select the option to pick up at our manufacturing facility at 8585 Commerce Ave. in Miramar or use the drop-down arrow to see an alternative pick-up location called “Other.” Use “Other” if you want to pick up at one of our farmers market locations or want to make other arrangements. If you select “Other” you should send an email to info@juicejerky.com immediately after you complete your order outlining your request.
Returns
Juice Jerky is a food product so we do not accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with your order, for any reason, please contact us at info@juicejerky.com for assistance.
