We recommend you store Juice Jerky in a cool, dry, dark place to extend the freshness of our products.We assign very conservative “Best when used by” dates on all of our products to allow for less than optimal
storage situations.When stored correctly your Juice Jerky should stay fresh past the best by date listed on the back of the pouch. When we ship to you from juicejerky.com, your products will have at least 3 months before the best by date.

Juice Jerky comes in a resealable Jerky pouch. We recommend resealing the pouch when you’re storing it. If you keep it away from moisture and seal the pouch the product can stay fresh for many weeks after it’s initially opened. 

Juice Jerky is primarily sold at select farmers markets in San Diego County and on our website. We are sold in some retail locations which you can find listed on our “where to buy” page. Click here for a list of locations.

Juice Jerky is manufactured in a private commercial kitchen and our equipment is not used to process any other products.  However, the kitchen is in a building that houses other kitchens operated by various types of food producers including restaurants and bakeries that work with ingredients containing allergens.  We will always be transparent about our manufacturing practices and welcome questions if you have anything more specific you’d like to ask.  Email info@juicejerky.com with additional questions.

Yes!  Juice Jerky is made from real fruit ingredients so it is naturally vegan. We do not add any dyes or gelatin (often derived from animal products) or any other additives that would compromise the final product.

Yes! Juice Jerky is made from real fruit ingredients so it’s naturally gluten free. There are no other additives or ingredients that would compromise the final product.

Juice Jerky products are made with real fruit!  Much like when you purchase real fruit at the market, there are always slight variations in the taste (sweetness/tartness) and texture. This can be a result of the time of year, location of the crop, amount of rainfall that season and other factors. These can affect the color, taste and texture of our final product. 

YES! We can sell wholesale for pickup and delivery in San Diego as well as shipping nationwide. Please visit our wholesale page and fill out the form for more info.

There are a few ways to get discounts.We offer a 10% discount on your first order if you sign up for our email list.We have a subscription service with adjusted pricing that will save you10% off each order. In addition, from time to time throughout the year we run promotions.To take advantage of these offers we recommend following us on social media @juicejerky, or sign up to our email newsletter.

YES! You can save 10% on your entire order when you sign up for regular delivery through our subscription service. Visit the subscription page for details and feel free to contact us at info@juicejerky.com if you have questions. 

For regular orders, if you need to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is packed for shipping no changes can be made.

 

For subscription orders you are able to change or cancel your subscription at any time as long as an order has not been processed or shipped. Changing your subscription can be done from the subscription page and should be easy but if you have questions we’re always here to help. Contact us at info@juicejerky.com for support if needed.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We generally ship orders within 48 hours of receipt unless otherwise indicated on the website as in a pre-order or warehouse closure for a holiday. Orders received after 12noon on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Shipping is done via USPS or UPS ground. You will be emailed a confirmation with tracking once your order ships.

 

How much is shipping? 

We offer $10 flat rate shipping for all orders under $72 and free shipping for all orders of $72 or more.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, no. International shipping is not currently an option.

 

Pick-up

At checkout you will have the option to select “Ship” or “Pick up.” If you select “Pick up” you will not be charged for delivery. You may either select the option to pick up at our manufacturing facility at 8585 Commerce Ave. in Miramar or use the drop-down arrow to see an alternative pick-up location called “Other.” Use “Other” if you want to pick up at one of our farmers market locations or want
to make other arrangements.  If you select “Other” you should send an email to info@juicejerky.com
immediately after you complete your order outlining your request. 

 

Returns 

Juice Jerky is a food product so we do not accept returns. If you are dissatisfied with your order, for any reason, please contact us at info@juicejerky.com for assistance.
